Solicitors Someting of interest: The house was built in 1951 and was
designed by the owners Mr & Mrs Fisher. Mr Fisher was a butcher for
many years in the town. The house is very much as we bought it with the
addition of a conservatory. We are happy here and have enjoyed some
great celebrations with our neighbours. The photograph shows the house
just after we moved in.

came from: Originally, Bryan from Otley in the West Riding and Margaret
from Manchester. We met in Hastings where we both worked for the
Property Services Agency and then moved to Brook Close in Dorking in
1991. Something about your house/garden/extension/trees felled etc: When
we moved to Emsgarth Philip Snelling, the son of John at No 13, felled
three large conifers and several leylandii which enabled much more light
onto the garden. In the autumn of 2014 we had the old detached garage
demolished and re-built as an extension to the house also providing a
larger kitchen and utility room. We also removed the chimney on the
right side of the roof.
