Colin, Lynne, Emily & Olivia moved into 22 Croft Avenue in May 2007 from Rothe’s Road, Dorking. The previous owner was Mrs Valerie Warren. The house was built in 1951 by a builder called Mr Race. The original house was much smaller and has had various extensions and alterations over the years.
